Wenzhou Longzhu Iron and Steel Valve company was established in 1987. It is a mainly professional Valve foundry including research and development, production ,sale of the valve castings, mechanical parts and service.With a capital assert of over 45 million yuan, the company covers a construction area more than 12500m and holds over 250 staffs and 8 engineering technicians.Our foundry is one of the largest professional manufactures in Wenzhou.The traffic is very convenient.There are 5 kilometers away from Wenzhou Airport,12 Kilometers away from Wenzhou Railway Station and 3 Kilometers away from LongWan Dock which can load 10 thousand ton’s ship.
Our main manufacturing facilities are followings: resin sand of producing streamline;medium-frequency induction furnace(4 furnaces up to 1 ton, 2 up to 1.5 ton,1 up to 5 tons );There are four heat treatment electric furnaces ( one for 15 tons,the second for 10 tons,the third for 7 tons,the fourth for 3 tons);We also have the correlative inspected equipment such as Digital intellect of ultrasonic crack detector,Low-temperature impact testing machine, Brinell hardness tester, Direct-reading spectrometers,γ-Ray photograph,Ultrasonic crack detector, Fluorescent magnetic facilities, Tensile inspected enginery, Ultrasonic machinery for wall thickness,thermal resiatance of thermodetector and so on. For the machining facilities ,we have Vertical lathe, Horizontal lathe,Boring machinine, Hydraulic pressure equipment and ect.
The central production are valve castings and mechanical fitting parts.To the steel casting,the annual output is over 6000 tons(the unit weight is under 3.5tons);To the Iron casting,the total yield is more than 1000tons( the unit weight is under 4 tons).About the Steel casting ,it contains the ordinary carbon steel,medium and low alloyed steel or the ultra low-temperature steel for special purpose;Aboutthe Iron casting,there are alloyed iron and high chromium iron.Our productions are mainly exported to USA,Canada, UK,Switzerland ,India and also sold in domestic cities.
